CX Research Executive (Customer Experience)

The Role

Working closely with Senior Managers and technical team members you will help design and deliver customer-centric business transformations.  On a day-to-day basis your time will be spent on project execution and account management where you will be relied upon to utilise your skills in NPS, VoC, CX, VoE, customer journey mapping, survey programme solutions and customer satisfaction to ensure the right tools and techniques are used to measure the best client outcomes.

The Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:


  • Degree qualifications in marketing, psychology, sociology, social sciences or related discipline
  • 4+ years’ hands on experience in a market research agency or CX measurement company
  • Extensive skills and experience managing CX VoC/VoE programmes including NPS systems
  • Proven track record leading customer journey mapping initiatives, survey programme solutions and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to grasp new technology platforms including how to use and manipulate new technology
  • Experience with statistical software eg. SPSS
  • Strong analytical and problem solving experience
  • Superior communication skills – written and verbal including extensive experience pitching to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A strong drive to go above and beyond to drive client, company and personal success.
