Cathy Boyle

Cathy Boyle, Director of Research Recruitment, is an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a Master of Applied Psychology. After working in the Market Research industry for seven years, conducting social, government and business to business research, Cathy moved into recruitment. Cathy's extensive experience in market research and recruitment has meant she has forged some very strong connections with both clients and candidates spanning most of the leading market research agencies in Australia.

Cathy is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and College of Organisational Psychologists (COP) and a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (MRSA). She is also a current member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association Ltd (RCSA).

Hellen Andreou

BComm (HRM), BSc (Psych) Hons

Hellen joined the team at Research Recruitment in January 2006. In her role as a consultant Hellen coordinates the use of psychometric assessment products. This includes the use of personality and ability assessments to gauge an objective measure of a candidate's aptitude and work preferences in the recruitment and selection process. Hellen also has experience in the use of these products in building teams that 'fit' both the company's culture and the team members own strengths.

Hellen has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Science with honours in Psychology, and is currently completing her Masters in Organisational Psychology. In addition, Hellen has completed specialist training in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tools and solutions. She is a student member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and College of Organisational Psychologists (COP).

Jeanne Abelson

Consultant Clinical Psychologist

Jeanne is a registered psychologist and holds membership with the Australian Psychological Society. Jeanne is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and counsellor and provides a professional service to employers wanting to offer their employees assistance. Jeanne has extensive clinical, voluntary and professional experience and had dealt with a broad range of issues in both short-term and medium/long-term psychotherapy and counselling.

Jeanne also has a range of skills and experience in psychological treatment, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Psychological assessment for adults, young people, individual and group therapy and is therefore able to meet the needs of both small and large organisations.
