Contribute to the development and implementation of robust evaluation methodologies and frameworks to measure outcomes, assess impact and monitor progress of projects and initiatives.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced team, you will be relied upon to provide high level support to the Manager Evaluation in the development and implementation of appropriate process and impact evaluations to assess the reach and impact of their programs and intiatives.  This involves developing evaluation plans, conducting data analyses, compiling evaluation reports and communicating findings to international and external stakeholders.  You will also be required to expertly manage the online reporting system and maintaining the integrity of data collection to ensure it meets ongoing reporting requirements.

 

The Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of program evaluation in the social and goverment sector, using a range of evaluation techniques including quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Highly developed financial acumen, with the ability to identify the impacts of financial data, and to analyse and interpret company financial statements and reporting
  • Sound judgement and decision making abilities
  • Sound analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
