The Client

Our client is one of the world’s leading survey-based marketing research firms.  They provide services globally that are innovative, entrepreneurial and client-focused.  They go beyond the numbers to identify a course of action that will lead to stronger in-market results.

The Position

Working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include survey programming, data management, and data outputs in various formats.  Further configuring file exchanges, file encryption, scripting survey invites and questionnaires.

The Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:

• 1-2 years’ experience in scripting online or CATI surveys, ideally using IBM Dimensions or ConfirmIT
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Statistical commonsense
• Attention to detail
• Solid experience using CSS and/or Javascript.

The following skills and experience will be highly regarded:

• Familiarity with data collection research methodologies (online, telephone, face-to-face)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computing Science or Statistics
• A working knowledge of SPSS
• Experience using Visual Basics and Tableau
• Experience in data visualisation
• Experience with manipulating databases
• Experience as a market research interviewer/team leader/supervisor.
