The Role

With responsibility for maintaining and evolving the business this role also involves hands on management of Quantitative projects across all facets of the project lifecycle.  You will play a critical role in the day to day management of client relationships, and ensuring the quality and integrity of quantitative project work.  This will involve responding to client briefs, methodology & sampling, development of surveys through to final client handover.  This will require strategic insight & analysis, concise report writing and client presentation skills and will see you working as part of a team to deliver state of the art solutions with a focus on developing future visions and direction.  This is a pivotal senior level role which will see you applying your outstanding industry expertise while growing the business and leading/mentoring junior researchers.  In return, you will enjoy a highly successful career, ongoing opportunities and working with a highly experienced and professional team.

 

The Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • A minimum of seven years quantitative market research experience gained from either a market research agency or client side environment
  • Influential client engagement and presentation skills
  • Superior communication and project management skills
  • Advanced quantitative analysis skills including strong analytical and statistical skills eg. SPSS & Excel
  • Ability and interest in expanding on current client relationships to help grow the business
  • Be skilled at uncovering insights
  • Strategic and creative approach to problem solving.
